Thank you for your interest in being a VENDOR or SPONSOR for the 2nd annual African-Caribbean Community Health Fair, a collaboration by the African Diaspora of Las Vegas (ADOLV) and the Greater Las Vegas West Indian American Association (GLVWIAA)! 

Vendors will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmed only once full payment is received. Please note that vendors and sponsors will receive an email regarding payment and event set-up information once the application is submitted. 

We encourage and thank you in advance for supporting this health fair and helping offset expenses so that we can reach our communities with the necessary healthcare resources. Every little bit counts. We look forward to partnering with each of you!
