No one wants to think about the death or incapacity of a loved one. However, these are unfortunate realities that we all have to deal with at one point in our lives. While we hope that these are events that will not occur in the near future, it is never too early to start taking the essential and necessary steps to ensure that your property, finances, and other assets are well protected throughout your lives and for future generations to come. This requires planning the management and disposition of your estate.
